The beauty queen, who is the sister of a Miss World Argentina and the mother of a Miss World Puerto Rico, told El Comercio last month the couple were planning to marry.

They revealed the news of their plans in an interview with the Argentine publication on January 29.

The pair announced the news in a televised interview. The family said they would hold their nuptials at the Royal Palace in Madrid, the Crown Prince of Spain’s official residence.

The couple are Spanish citizens.

It was a day of joyous celebration for the couple and their families, with the beauty queen and her family arriving at the Palace on Wednesday afternoon on a private plane. By the end of the day, the palace said they were going to be married.

Their wedding reception is set to be held in the palace in Madrid, which is in the city’s historic Plaza de España.

The couple said their nuptials in the palace would be held on 22 November, or the day following the Feast of San Juan, the patron saint of both Spain and Puerto Rico.
