Nick Kyrgios took legal action against British fashion house Stella McCartney after claims that she was ‘drunk out of her mind during’ the final Wimbledon party.
The former world number one was arrested for driving under the influence after his Mercedes-Maybach was found by police in his driveway following a night out which saw him and his girlfriend, Taylor White, leave the club at about 5am and enter his car.
‘The circumstances of the incident are not known as the case has been referred to police,’ an insider told Mail Online.
The insider would not be drawn further on reports of what happened, but insisted: ‘There are no new details.’
Kyrgios was also reportedly caught with a ‘distended stomach’ and with a suspected pregnancy, despite a police report at the time stating that he had only recently been informed that his partner was expecting a baby.

The tennis star denied the allegations during the live interview on Monday where he also spoke about being hit with a bag at Wimbledon in 2016.
The former world number one was subsequently suspended from the circuit after he was arrested for driving a Mercedes-Maybach on Tuesday afternoon.
The Briton was then taken to hospital after his vehicle was found crashed into a garage in his home in Surrey.
He had allegedly drunk nearly 12 bottles of wine and 11 cans of beer after leaving a South London nightclub.
