The more revealing story that would evolved in this Naruto episode is on how Orochimaru will able to regain his powers. Based on the Naruto Shippuuden 114, the time being in control by Sasuke was a not of his will.

Haven’t you noticed how Orochimaru thinks of himself about the memories of his past? It was so clear that he is obsessed in immortaility, reanimation and all the jutsu that has been there and never been grasps by human.

In a sudden moment, Sasuke attacked Orochimaru with his curse seal. Sasuke give him a mouthful of slashes during the fight.  Then Sasuke goes back to normal and he said to Orochimaru that the fight is over. But suddenly, his body collapses and Orochimaru begins his ritual to take over Sasuke’s body at that moment.

Meanwhile, Kabuto was thinking about the status of Orochimaru while making the medicine for Orochimaru’s body. When he goes to the room of Orochimaru, he saw Sasuke and the snake body of Orochimaru chopped beside him. Then Kabuto was thinking if Orochimaru completed the reanimation process. Kabuto asked Sasuke who own his body and Sasuke replied by saying, “Who do you think?”. Then Sasuke uses his Sharingan to let Kabuto see what really happened during their fight. Kabuto was shocked to death and he couldn’t even beleive that Orochimaru was defeated by Sasuke. Finally, Sasuke left Kabuto in that very dark room.

Back in the hidden leaf, those who knew Orochimaru notices the strange change of color in the sky including Jiraiya and Uchiha Hitachi of Akatsuki.
