Chelsea Stone sues Lost actor – Henry Ian Cusick for Sexual Harrasment
ABC former staff, Chelsea Stone is suing ABC and actor Henry Ian Cusick. Chelsea Stone claims she was sexually harassed by Henry Ian Cusick then fired from the TV show “Lost”.
The lawsuit filed Friday in Los Angeles alleges that Cusick, who plays Desmond Hume on the show, fondled the woman’s buttocks and breasts and kissed her on the lips in October 2007. The lawsuit claims she reported the incident to her supervisor, but was simply told to avoid Henry Ian Cusick. Chelsea Stone states she was fired 12 days later in retaliation for reporting the alleged abuse. The filing says that Chelsea Stone had worked for ABC since 1997.
Henry Ian Cusick wiki states that he was born on April 17, 1967. Henry Ian Cusick is a Scottish-Peruvian actor of stage, television, and film. For his role as Desmond Hume on the television series Lost, Henry Ian Cusick has received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination.
