Michael Phelps is free of charges
Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps will not be charged of drug prosecution over a photograph published showing him smoking marijuana last year at a party.
The 23 year old swimmer said, it was a mistake he won’t make again. He has apologized for he photograph which showed him smoking a “bong” pipe wherein many people specially the young swimmers who looked up to him as a role model was disappointed by his action. Having thoroughly investigated the matter, Sheriff Lott believed they don’t have enough evidence to prosecute anyone present at the party.
Phelps thanked his family and fans or the support.
